HRR - Human Renewable Resources is Terna's call for innovation to digitally renew its human resources activity.

New technologies are reaching market maturity: Big Data, Predictive analytics, IoT Connectivity, Machine learning and Natural Language Interfaces are just a few of the digital hot topics. Why not also apply them to recruiting and training company personnel, digitally transforming human resource processes?

This innovative spirit has given life to HRR - Human Renewable Resources: the call for innovation from Terna and Digital Magics aimed at start-ups, small businesses and individuals capable of proposing cutting-edge applications and services with added value, that can combine technologies to launch new processes and functions dedicated to Human Resources and Management.

The stages of the various call phases

The innovation aspect of the call relates to the application of these technologies in recruitment, offering candidates an innovative, dynamic and interactive experience, so as to attract and select the best talents. How can training and development of personnel be strengthened and efficiency improved? All start-ups, SMEs, micro-businesses and individuals operating in the HRTech, EduTech, Talent management and People analytics sectors are called to propose their solutions by 13 May 2019.

The ten finalists selected will be invited to participate in the Pitch Day on 20 June 2019 at Terna's head office in Rome. At the end of the Pitch Day, a jury composed of TERNA and Digital Magics will award the most innovative project a cheque for € 15,000.

Why take part? Not only will you get the chance to digitally innovate company HR processes, but the most interesting submissions will also have the opportunity to access a collaboration and growth initiative at Terna’s Innovation Hubs: the new research centres across Italy.
